Yaka Group, founded in 2000, is proud of becoming the world leader of global black carrot production in only 7 years. Today, Yaka Group is still the leader of their market and they aim to improve their success day by day.

Rüstem Yalama has leaded Yaka Group in the processes of producing, washing and packaging black carrot. Yaka Group produces goods that are both directly acquired from black carrot and also the goods which include black carrot indirectly. By the year 2009, our black carrot production has been reached to 12.000 tones.

Yaka Group have been producing organic black carrot by the combination of modern agriculture techniques with modern irrigation techniques on our over 1,500 decares fields and they are getting our seeds from their own fields.

Yaka Group offers its customers concentrated organic black carrot and organic turnip juice which are all acquired from black carrot produced at its plants.

In our factory, established in 2004 in Konya Eregli Organized Industrial Zone with 8,500 m2 of open and 2,400 m2 of closed areas and installed with the most modern machineries and equipments, 100 tones of black carrot are washed every day. After the year 2008, the plants of concentrated black carrot and turnip juice have started to their operations. Besides, by the year 2009; 10 tons of concentrated black carrot and 20 tones of turnip juice, pomegranate syrup, lemon dressing, apple and grape vinegar have been produced per day. By the way, through the help of three deep freezes in Yaka Group’s factory, they can serve their customers during the whole year.

Yaka Group; with its certificates namely ISO 9001:2000, HACCP and CERES; fastens its production and follows the technological developments at its R&D department.

Yaka Group that has organic black carrot certificate is developing its production in its cultivation area systematically each and every day.

We aim to contribute to our country’s economy with offering concentrated organic black carrot which is especially produced for food industry to both domestic market and as well as foreign markets. Yaka Group is exporting their products to several European countries, leading France, and South Korea as well. In a short time period, expotring to the United States of America is targeted.
