         Our company "YAKA" was established in year 2000 to produce and sell washed, cleaned and packaged black carrots. We have aimed to be the leader of fresh black carrot market in all over the world and achieved this aim in last 8 year. Right now , we are the biggest black carrot cultivator on all over the world. Our annual black carrots cultivation is reached to 12,000 ton which are cultivated on our own fields with modern irrigation systems like drip irrigation and sprinkler systems .
        When we reached to the year 2004, we have begun to produce organic black carrots as well as conventional black carrots. Organic cultivation has increased to the 40 % of our cultivation in last 4 year. All of our organic cultivation is certified as organic by the authorized certification company "CERES"
         We also cultivate our own black carrot seeds every year since year 2001 and have been trying to improve them.

        Finally, we have built two new factory in year 2007. One for black carrot juice concentrate and one for Salgam Juice, Lemon Juice Sauce, Pomegranate Sauce, Grape Vinegar and Apple Vinegar.

        "YAKA" is the brand name for conventional and organic black carrot juice concentrates. The annual capacity of this factory is 18.000 ton black carrot juice concentrate.

        "MESUTOGLU" is the brand name for Salgam Juice, Lemon Juice Sauce, Pomegranate Sauce, Grape Vinegar and Apple Vinegar. The total annual capacity of for these products is 36.000.000 liters.
